In my opinion, one of the ways in which we can help to alleviate the problems facing our motherland, as diasporans, is to offer suggestions as to how these problems could be solved and eliminated, as a consequence of the experiences we have acquired through the longevity of our stay in the host countries that we reside in, which are far more developed than our homeland in most cases.

Case in point: I hear that we have an energy/electricity generation problem in Saro. Bumbuna, the main source of power generation has been under construction for over thirty years now. The other sources of power (energy over time) generation in the nation are old, inadequate, and inefficient. Thus, the intent of this posting is to address this problem through suggestions as to how this problem could be solved and eliminated in the very near future, if the governors of the land would cooperate.

The first step involves the suggestion that the generation of electrical energy/power should not be under the purview of the GoSL. It should be decentralized and privatized with a reputable Power Corporation or Corporations, in the electric power industry leading the way in generating electrical energy from other forms of energy.

These corporations would be responsible for creating central power stations that generate the electricity; storage and recovery of the generated electricity, using pumped storage methods; transmission of the generated electricity; and delivery of electricity to consumers, essentially abolishing the NPA from functioning in this direction.

The GoSL will only have oversight of this process through instituting regulatory bodies, and enforcing these regulations through the setting up of compliance bodies.

Michael Faraday discovered the fundamental principles of generating electricity about two hundred years ago. He generated electricity by the movement of a loop of wire, or a disc of copper between the poles of a horse-shoe magnet, and this basic method is still used today in my General Physics Lab course, and elsewhere.

There are seven fundamental ways in which other forms of energy are transformed into electrical energy, but I will dwell on only three in this piece: electromagnetic induction, wherein an electrical generator, dynamo or alternator transforms kinetic energy into electricity; generation of electricity through the photoelectric effect - solar energy; and the heat generated through nuclear transformation, which involves the creation and acceleration of charged particles, such as alpha-particles - practical since uranium has been discovered in Saro.

In electromagnetic induction, mechanical energy forces an electrical generator (turbine) to rotate thereby creating electricity. The mechanical energy is developed through one of many ways, including heat engines, flowing water (hydroelectricity/dams), blowing wind, and tidal power.

These electro-mechanical generators, located in these central power stations, are, thus, primarily driven by heat engines fueled by chemical combustion reactions using coal /fossil fuels, or nuclear fission reactions. Additionally, the kinetic energy of flowing water, and wind could be used as the drivers in this generation. Furthermore, since we have plenty of sunlight, and moonlight in Saro, solar photovoltaics could also drive the generation of electricity.

By incorporating these ideas, the use of Koroma Tigers could be eliminated as power sources in the generation of electricity, nationally, na we Saro.

Sengbe, you will not succeed in escaping the Kabba Tigers of SLPP. Koroma Tigers? That will not sell in Saro. Luckily, we will ban all the Kabba Tigers after we win in November. So forever and ever, it shall be Kabba Tigers, the SLPP's polluting eyesores.

Oh Mighty "Conqueror of the RRT", may I please ask you a question?

If EBK and his APC have solved the energy problem in Saro, as it is usually proclaimed by the sycophantic elements in his fan club, globally, with you included, why are folks still using the so-called "Kabba Tigers" after five years of this fanfare in the proclamation??

Could it be that this proclamation, as a talking-point in the upcoming campaign against Maada Bio and his SLPP in November, is going to fall flat, as a blatant lie, amongst the entrenched folks on the ground, the voters? Suffice it to state then that the Kabba Tigers have been reincarnated into Koroma Tigers, because y'alls have not delivered the goods, as far as sustainable energy generation is concerned, and y'alls are lying about it to the public on the ground, and in the diaspora.

And so it is with the generous grant from Great Britain: y'alls claim that you have solved the health issues regarding pregnant women, lactating mothers, and kids under five years of age. Hip! hip!! hooray!!! The only problem is; when y'alls claim to have reduced the mortality rate amongst these population groupings through this program, the rate suddenly increases again because y'alls forgot about the health hazards of living in a filthily dirty and unhygienic environment, as is readily apparent from strolling down the streets in any neighborhood in Rokiamp/Freetong. In other words, once the pregnant women give birth to their babies, in lactating them for nourishment, they acquire illnesses from preventable diseases, like cholera, malaria, dysentry, dengue fever, etc. due to the gross unhygienic conditions in which they live in residence; and the under-age kids too. Then most of them die. I read somewhere today that about a hundred kids die in Freetong/ Saro every month. So how can y'all lay claim to improving the health standards in the country when sanitary conditions are very poor, and people live in unhygienic squalor?

I have now resolved to take a negative view of any positive talking points you apc folks would like to peddle on the ground, and to the outside world. And please do not blame me, I am just calling it like it is.

Do you still believe that you are the "Conqueror of the RRT", Rasta Konikay Borbor?

I get nervous when Sengbe calls it like it is. Or shall we say Sengbe calls it like he perceives it?

There is no such thing as Koroma Tiger! Your creation will never work because everyone knows there can only be Kabba Tigers.Maybe Sengbe Gronpigs can work since they are capable produce light from their tails in pitch darkness.

WhatzUp, Brer Connie, ma nigga?

Are you still on bath salts? LOL!

The word/noun "nigga" in ghetto parlance is to "friendship"/"brotherhood", what the word/adjective "nigger" is to hatefulness/hatred/kkk/fascism.

Do u comprehend now, ma nigga?

What do them Swedish ho's call you behind your back?
