The Satanic Lasmamy People’s Party dreamt about it, but it was not meant to be. Bio’s visit to the US was a big delusion that now looks like a nightmare for the SLPP. Today June 24th 2012, was the day they told the world Bio is schedule for dinner at the Whitehouse with the President Obama and family. But it was a black lie. There was no truth to the story and it was all meant to boost Bio’s soiled image. Even with soda soap, Bio’s image is damaged beyond repairs. According to them, it was the day the “Fat Lady” takes the stage to bring down the concert auditorium because President Obama of the US is set to build a rapport with Julius Maada Bio, Sierra Leone’s imaginary president in waiting. As of press time, the Fat Lady is nowhere to be seen, the auditorium is empty and the international audience made up of Sierra Leoneans is disappointed at the SLPP for repeatedly telling BIG FAT LIES.

Julius Maada Bio and his SLPP neurotics no longer have an image to defend, but President Obama and the American people do have a reflection to protect. Bio’s entrance into the US would have had a bad reflection on the integrity of the world’s leading human rights nation. The pledge of “Liberty and Justice for all” makes the United States, the envy of the world. Given the fact that the US is the most inclusive nation in the world, her human rights stance are next to none. No one has an indemnity decree making them an exception to American laws. As Bio’s denial implies, compromising American standards to make room for a warlord, killer, thief, and liar is a nonstarter. Proclamation 8697 signed by President Obama in August of 2011 restricts “the international travel” in addition to shelve “the entry into the United States, as immigrants or nonimmigrants, of certain persons who have engaged in” human rights violations and or crimes against humanity. Although Julius Maada Bio had issues that barred his entrance into the US before 2011, Proclamation 8697 sealed his fate as a Persona non grata in the United States of America forever and ever, Amen.
As President Obama signed US Proclamation 8697 into Law, he said, “Now, Therefore, I Barack Obama, by the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, as amended (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, hereby find that the unrestricted immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of persons described in section 1 of this proclamation would be detrimental to the interests of the United States. I therefore hereby proclaim that: Section 1. The entry into the United States, as immigrants or nonimmigrants, of the following persons is hereby suspended.”
President Obama continued, “(a) Any alien who planned, ordered, assisted, aided and abetted, committed or otherwise participated in, including through command responsibility, widespread or systematic violence against any civilian population based in whole or in part on race; color; descent; sex; disability; membership in an indigenous group; language; religion; political opinion; national origin; ethnicity; membership in a particular social group; birth; or sexual orientation or gender identity, or who attempted or conspired to do so. (b) Any alien who planned, ordered, assisted, aided and abetted, committed or otherwise participated in, including through command responsibility, war crimes, crimes against humanity or other serious violations of human rights, or who attempted or conspired to do so.” Indeed the United States have upheld their principles and moral standards by denying Julius Maada Bio entrance into their nation on the grounds of his systematic violence against Sierra Leoneans including the extrajudicial killings of 29 citizens.
Most of the SLPP NA executives who thought they could circumvent US Laws, by sneaking Bio through Canada are seriously depressed and disappointed. After Bio was denied at the US Embassy in Freetown, they thought that they could bypass the Embassy Authorities and overcome the restrictions if Bio applied in Canada. These sick minded individuals are working overtime to avoid accepting the reality that Julius Maada Bio is a warlord, killer, thief, and liar as millions of Sierra Leoneans describe him to be. Their grandiose personality prevents them from naming Bio who he is-a human rights violator unfit to lead Sierra Leone. Instead, it is the BIG FAT LIES they have been telling about Bio they want the world to believe. Sierra Leoneans owe the US a big thank you because just as in Sierra Leone, the US Embassy in Canada simply shelved Bio’s US entry request. Julius Maada Bio is not an exception to the US Laws, just as Sierra Leoneans cannot sit aloof and let a warlord, killer, thief, and liar assume leadership of the nation in 2012.
Disgraced and shamed, Julius Maada Bio returns to Sierra Leone without entering the United States of America. Sierra Leoneans at home should not go for the Satanic Lasmamy People’s Party new spin that Bio will enter the US at his own choosing. If the US was not that important, why was the US Embassy the first place he visited after his selection? I here argue that if Bio could enter the US, his first visit after his selection would have been the US. More than the need to raise campaign funds, it would have been a morale booster to the SLPP’s new direction campaign theme. As things stand, Julius Maada Bio and the Satanic Lasmamy People’s Party are currently demoralized.
There is not enough sand on the shores of Sierra Leone for them to bury their heads. Those who published their BIG FAT LIES around the US are slowly disappearing into the background of thick dark shadows. Their lies failed to produce a US Visa for Bio, and their tales from the SLPP crypt concert is over long before the fat lady sings in November. There will be no celebrations after 11/1712 for a candidate who cannot enter the US because of his human rights record. Because just as the US Embassies in Sierra Leone and Canada said, “NO” to Bio, Sierra Leoneans going to the polls will say “NO” to Bio by voting “YES” for President Ernest Bai Koroma. By the way, Your Excellency Sir President Ernest Bai Koroma of the Republic of Sierra Leone, when next will you be in the United States of America and sitting next to President Obama at the dinner table?
