After all, if every economic issue is framed as a struggle between a hard-working white middle class and undeserving minorities, then workers of all shades will be left fighting for scraps while the wealthy withdraw further into their private enclaves - Barack Obama

Corruption is worse than prostitution. The latter might endanger the morals of an individual, the former invariably endangers the morals of the entire Country. Political Prostitution inevitably enables CORRUPTION which definately endangers the morals of the entire Country.

Why don’t we study the past?
If we do, we would divine the future.

50 years and more!
We continue doing things the same way over and over again. Tradically we always espect to get a different result. WHAT A ……………!

It was something that  was in the pipeline. Her only problem had been which party to join. The SLPP was out since she had never  contemplated joining  her late father's political opponent party-the SLPP. So the NGC is one viable option to her and we wish her good luck. But what I am concern about is the fact those joining the NGC are doing so because of Dr. Yumkella and not because of the policy of the NGC. And so what  if Dr. Yumkella turn out to be another Ernest Koroma who came in as a goat in sheep clothing, Would they continue their political prostitution?

"Unlike her male counterparts who say only glorious things about the party’s chairman and leader, the firebrand female politician said: “I was badly treated by President Koroma. He relieved me from my position as a Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs after I lost my husband and returned home from United States of America (USA). He asked me to work with the executive of the APC party but I declined,” she revealed.

She revealed that after completing her doctorate degree, she sent 26 invitation letters/cards to the party, including the president and his vice, but they did not attend the dinner and nobody has congratulated her since.

Asked about her relationship with the National Advisory Council (NAC), Dr. Victoria Saidu Kamara said she doesn’t have any business to do with NAC members because they are all dancing to the tune of President Koroma.

“Paying my dues is the only relationship I have with the APC party,” she concluded."- Concord Time

These NGC folks are cockroaches.  They have no brains.  Many of them have spent their entire lives jumping from party to the other.  But the same reasons that made them leave the other parties will be the same reasons that will make them leave the NGC.  In fact after NGC's collapse at the polls next year there will be nothing left to hold on to.
