I know that some Libyans-especially Gaddaffi's tribesmen around Sirte and Tripoli- are mad at Africa because of the cowardly silence of our leaders when the West was hunting and killing Gadaffi and his sons, and blowing up their country to smithereens. Gadaffi, for all his faults, was as pan-Africanist as they come. He considered himself more African than Arab. If the Arab League does nothing about this Libyan atrocity, maybe it's time for Africa to start opening embassies en masse in Jerusalem. For real....

FP, Can we assume then that it is pan Africanist to sponsor civil wars in Liberia and Sierra Leone?

Nurse Kaday, nar dat make ar say:
"Gadaffi, for all his faults, was as pan-Africanist as they come." He has his faults, but he also did good things. The nightmare currently gripping libya has got to do with our african leaders being told to shut up or lse...by the US, UK and France. FP!

When you build an argument on a false premise, the argument falls apart. A Pan Africanist will never sponsor the destabilization and violent destruction of a sister African country. Gaddafi was not a Pan Africanist. He was an evil man who got what he deserved. When you live by the sword you die by the sword.

FP!, do you learn anything new from this video that signals more to the Libyan story than slavery?
