Prior to the 2007 and 2012 elections MKK who was dubbed the father of Sierra Leone's political history reigned supreme. He had all the answers to questions emanating from the private lives of politicians to their overt activities. He was very educative and admirable. He won a lot of fans and became a star over those years. Well as people say not only power gets people drunk but success too and is usually followed by ridiculous egoism.
MKK thought he was too big for Bintumani that added the finishing touches to his stardom so he migrated to the social media where he made a lot of enemies and lost a lot of fans. His ambition to become a megastar instead of a superstar which was like a last straw considering his age, backfired bigtime landing him in the biggest frustration-associated disappointment. He tried to return to Bintumani but having lost his gloss, nobody paid any attention to him so he disappeared without trace. Alpha Saidu was a Bintumani black sheep who was chased away by fellow forumites. A lot of stories were told about him regarding his moral standing. His parasitic ways with women, his involvement in fraudulent activities and his questionable masquerading as a pious man were some of the stigmas hanging over him. But that was then! Today Alpha Saidu has re-invented himself, he has succeeded where MKK had failed! Alpha Saidu has successfully utilized the social media to catapult himself into an instant celebrity. By using WhatsApp and Facebook to inform Sierra Leoneans about their politicians he has won a massive following. Alpha Saidu is now loved by the innocent and dreaded by the guilty. He is now the voice of the voiceless and a household name both at home and abroad. With a disillusioned voting population, a nation badly in need of political and economic deliverance and a political arena dominated by recycled and tainted politicians, Alpha Saidu's timing is the most contextually perfect. Alpha Saidu is now a force to reckon with, he can make or break, he now has a huge stake in the process of choosing the next president. He is in tight control and the chances for dethroning him from his newfound status seem paper thin. So where does this leave MKK? Has he faded away? Will he bounce back and if so, on what premise?

MKK is a goner and cannot be resurrected under any circumstances. Unlike ASB, MKK lacked durability. He probably needed medication to absorb the cyber a$$ kickings that were challenging his ego. Like one chemistry professor, MKK was thin-skinned, a know-it-all and self-appointed political historian, who had no problems infecting the forum with mammy curses when challenged.
