After all, if every economic issue is framed as a struggle between a hard-working white middle class and undeserving minorities, then workers of all shades will be left fighting for scraps while the wealthy withdraw further into their private enclaves - Barack Obama

John Sisay has a lot to answer about his role in selling off 30% public shares in Sierra Rutile to shell companies linked to hi and EBK.

This is where the 30% public shares has been going - lavish offshore parties , sniffing powder and pants, whilst our folks starve daily.

These words may be disrespectful to Temnes but there is truth in them.  Why are the Limbas always in front of the more populous Temnes in the APC?  Why has a full-blooded Temne never led the APC?

The Temnes  are busy spoiling for a fight with the  Mendes instead of working with them to build a consensus to form a strong government to make a better Sierra Leone The Temnes are  the largest group, they should have a large input in to who governs Sierra Leone if not a Temne. .

The Temnes are smarter than you are willing to credit them. They are the Jews of Salone. Travel to Makeni and discover how the Temnes comparatively living better than any other tribe in Salone. The roads are paved, abundant electric supply, businesses are flourishing and the water is clean. Next stop is Port Loko. Because of its proximity to Freetown and less congested, Lungi will soon become a wealthy suburb of Freetown. Let the Limbas rule as long as they bring the spoils to us, we are ok with that.

You Mende daemias like Alaki Sengbe and Bra Enviable are wasting time showing off your education and criticising the most progressive people of Sierra Leone. Good luck with your power hungry selves because we the Temnes are progressing. We pay back to our communities while you people languish in foreign lands.

Temne boy,

I watched the video of Makeni city.  If this is what you call an environment for better living, then your head needs to be properly examined.  All what I saw was shanty houses located near swamps and roads although paved are hemmed by dirt and debris.  You guys are really pitiful.   Little wonder there has been a cholera epidemic in Makeni.

Wow!!! It appears there is some truth to what Tourist has said.  Makeni, notwithstanding the alleged investments from businesses and Temne politicians is a fly infested and dirty city.  Can this explain why Ebola lingered in that environment for so long?

Hehehe! Jealousy, jealousy! The Temnes are at the receiving end of it all and the Mende boys don't like it a bit.Go Ernesio, make Makeni great again!

Temne Boy you are spot on. The Mende guys are spending too much time on which tribe rules and as a result are missing on the big picture. Ernest Koroma may be Limba or whatever but fact of the matter is Makeni, with a far greater Temne population, is progressing and young Mende boys are migrating there for employment.

I look forward to that day in Salone when non-Northern tribes will migrate to Makeni in large numbers to live with the gbose-gbose Temnes. Hehehe

Ok, El Stupido, name me some so called "non-Northern" tribes and hopefully we can have a good conversation.

Temne boy , I visited Makeni two years. You can see at the time , it was vibrant compared to other towns in Sierra Leone. Unfortunately, that development cannot be compared to that in towns in Ivory Coast, Ghana or Senegal.

Temnes have to work with other tribes in Sierra Leone to ensure that development reaches every corner of Sierra Leone. What happens when Ernest is gone? or what happened to Vincent Kanu's hotel.

Kamara, how well do you know the Temne people to make such outlandish statement that the Temnes have to work with other tribes. Sometimes I wonder what exactly you people are wishing for. Are you one of those Mendes that have issues with Temnes? You probably want to have a talk with the Creoles and ask how well their ancestors were treated when the first arrived by both Temnes and Mendes. Then talk to the Guinean tribes that settled in the North. We work very, very well with the Limbas and Ernest Koroma is a product of that relationship. The Mendes are the only people who are finding it difficult to work with Temnes and vice versa. And there are reasons for that. So please retract that statement for it is not worth anyone's time.

It is dunderheads like Temne boy that are propping the kleptocratic APC government of Ernest Koroma to keep exploiting and oppressing our people.  If Temne boy can be so exuberant about a shanty town like Makeni, then folks like Temne boy are still living in the stone age.

Makeni cannot even be compared to Bo in terms of sophistication.  Almost all the streets in Bo are paved, there is a modern soccer stadium, two large college campuses, several private hospitals and a vibrant night life.

It is appears that Temne boy has not ventured out of Salone to other African countries to appreciate what a good life is.

Wake up Temne Boy. Tribalism is a scourge that has destroyed many African economies and lives. From Kenya where Kikiyus and Luos are fighting for power, Ghana the Ashanti against Ewe and Northerners, Guinea Fula against Mandingo and Susu, Nigeria Hausa-Fulani against Southerners to Sierra Leone the North against South primarily Mende.

I am a Sierra Leone first. I want a President of Sierra Leone  that can  develop  the whole of  Sierra Leone not only their village or area of birth. Enough of the greed and Gbose Gbose behavior.

Yes again I say Temnes have to work the Mendes and provide Sierra Leone a President that the whole nation can benefit regardless of his tribe. Being two largest tribes, they help create this goal.

I do not have to be Mende or have issues with Temnes to criticize the sorry state of Sierra Leone today.

Your  answer why the tribes cannot get along is the fight for political dominance. You are busy fighting one another whilst the unqualified person outmaneuvers  and gains power by default. Momoh ,Koroma

Now let's see where it all started:

(1) "The Temnes are mere tools for violence in the APC. We cannot trust them with responsible roles. The Limba's will therefore always ride them like horse". JBS 2014 (Cutting Grass)

(2) "  The Temnes are mere tools for violence in the APC..."

These words may be disrespectful to Temnes but there is truth in them.  Why are the Limbas always in front of the more populous Temnes in the APC?  Why has a full-blooded Temne never led the APC? (Ajakabiloko)

Now, all of a sudden, these cry babies who did not utter a word when Temnes were insulted are preaching the gospel and cursing me because I responded in kind.

Bresford and Kamara, look into the mirror and start solving your personal problems.

Can you imagine a coconut head country boy like Beresford bragging about a modern soccer stadium and other structures built under APC and yet badmouthing the APC?  What a waisted mind!

You must have been out of Salone for a long time.  In case you did not know, since Ernest Koroma and the APC came to power, Bo and Kenema have been refused their shares of city development funds that the central government disburses every year.

In the case of Bo, all the development taking place there in the last nine years has been pursued by the Bo SLPP City Council out of local taxes.  Would the APC leave its Northern towns to construct a modern stadium in Bo?  Useless APC government?
