I know for sure that the National Grand Coalition (NGC), the new partisan outfit in Saro, is mainly composed of disgruntled political folks emanating from the APC, SLPP, PMDC, and some other insignificant partisan outfits in the polity of the nation of Saro. Thus, it stands to reason that these folks should also bear the burdens, failures, and successes of the parent party they hail from while in governance of the nation since 1961 - mainly the APC and the SLPP.
During the past fifty-seven years (57) of post colonial governance, the APC has "governed" for thirty-four years (34) compared to the twenty-three years (23) of SLPP rule. Now if the great majority of the members of NGC participated in the governance structure while the two major parties ruled and misruled as they (NGC) is now claiming, why should we now absolve them of the characterizations they are now disavowing in their campaign efforts against the APC and SLPP, when corrective measures were NOT advocated by them during their incumbency in these parent political parties? My fear is that it would be deja vu all over again should the NGC climb to the mountain top of the governance structure in the nation of Saro after tomorrow, 3/7/18. This is the reason I'd rather stay in the SLPP camp with Maada Kone, even though I cannot vote for him as a diasporan. So let the best man win the presidential election tumarra, and that man is Maada Bio.

(Sengbe) Branlaw Sengbe, you are missing the point! This is a revolution that is not only " composed of DISGRUNTLED political folks emanating from the APC, SLPP, PMDC, and some other insignificant partisan outfits in the polity of the nation of Saro.". This involves and knowledgeable DISGRUNTLED CITIZENS from the APC, SLPP, PMDC and some other insignificant partisan outfits who are tire of the status quo! It involves Temnes, Mendes and DISGRUNTLED citizens from all Saro tribe. It involves me, Knice, Bra E, Eddie Grant and others. This involves the detribalization of Saro! This is NOT an event, it is a process win or loss. You want to jump on the bandwagon? there is enough space to fit you in.

Let me throw the ball back into your proverbial court: how can it be a revolution with OLD WINE in new bottles. With the exception of a few, the same folks who were part and parcel of the messy situation in Saro, politically are now claiming to be "revolutionaries" by jumping ship to catch on straws before drowning in the sea of
politricks for many varied reasons they are apt to refer to as a revolution. Remember: 350% APC to the Bone, for many years after your watermelon stint in the SLPP, and now you want us to believe that you are a de-tribalized revolutionary in the NGC? After 5 years you will again pitch your inconsistent tent with another "revolution". When the leadership of the NGC and some of her other staunch members own up to the roles they played as members of the APC, SLPP, and PMDC in messing up the nation, then they'd be respected by me and others. Until then they are merely new wine in old bottles as far as I am concerned, and no tangible changes will be thrust upon that nation of ours by their presence as the new governors in the nation. Can you even vote in the forthcoming elections? So what difference is your support of the NGC going to make. I know why Knice is supporting Kandeh - only him, and NOT the NGC as a political entity. The others you have mentioned are opportunistic in the thinking. Bo oona leggo me yah!

The ultimate goal should be to remove APC (Able Poil Country) from power. Another five years of APC will be devastating and debilitating for Sierra Leone and the people of Sierra Leone. APC will go to the second round. The other parties will have to put their egos and divisions aside and unite to defeat APC regardless of whom becomes the eventual opponent of APC.
The survival of Sierra Leone is at stake. It should transcend the individual desire for the presidential mantle. APC has over the time destroyed the moral fabric and economy of our nation. We need a change. If we have to do it through consensus politics which is common in many multi - ethnic democracies -let's try it. God help Sierra Leone.

Branlaw Sengbe, I have no doubt you know I am a progressive and your refusal to say it loudly is very understandable. Unlike you who remains an SLPP for tribal reasons, I am for the individual, KKY, who cannot be compared with Bio. You know this, Branlaw Sengbe, and you know it very well that Bio is not qualified to run that office. The man has done nothing in his life to qualify him for the office. But if you are having problems with old wine in new bottles, you problem just got bigger because Bio is no new wine. Bio did not hold a job while living in the US and you, me, him and God knows who's money he was spending. Finally though, you cannot be smarter or more patriotic than me, Knice, Bra E, Gahinteh, Eddie Grant and all the Salone diaspora that supports KKY. Once more, this is a revolution that is bigger than KKY. We are taking our country back from the likes of your SLPP and my former party.

Ngoh Sengbe, I could not agree with you more. The so-called revolutionaries of the NGC are everything but revolutionaries. The ranks of that party are filled with crooks and thieves. They are folks that could'nt get their way with the APC and the SLPP so they regroup and form a gang that they label NGC. These guys are worse than the APC. I am sure they will fall on their faces together and exit the political scene quickly.

I do not believe that you guys have the power to threaten me, or anyone of Saro descent, in that way. Besides, if that should ever come to pass, I'd be residing in a first world nation - the only superpower nation on the global stage at the present time, where I have lived for many more years than in Saro. So I will not lose sleep over that empty threat. I know you are kidding. The diasporan support for the NGC is only in spirit, and probably financial. It is NOT tangible since you folks cannot vote for the party you support from afar. So! me nor worry."...Branlaw Sengbe, I have no doubt you know I am a progressive and your refusal to say it loudly is very understandable..." Login / KL Yes, I know you are progressive in inconsistency. Anyone who is so easily prone to embark on philosophical inconsistency in the political sense, will easily fall for anything, however intangible it might be. I am the opposite of you; I remain within the proscribed entity to proffer positive changes. I do not run to the next gravy train and neglect, and my forsake my ideology in the opportunistic way you find yourself in. "...Unlike you who remains an SLPP for tribal reasons..." KL How would you know that so matter-of-factly? You do NOT know me, and what I stand for, do you now? And why do you keep referring to me as "Branlaw Sengbe". I resent that. "...Finally though, you cannot be smarter or more patriotic than me, Knice, Bra E, Gahinteh, Eddie Grant and all the Salone diaspora that supports KKY..." KL And why not? Bye-bye, blackbird!
