After all, if every economic issue is framed as a struggle between a hard-working white middle class and undeserving minorities, then workers of all shades will be left fighting for scraps while the wealthy withdraw further into their private enclaves - Barack Obama

I refuse to give in to pessimism about the future of our country. I see Sierra Leoneans at home and abroad doing great things and I say we are a great people! Given the right leadership, support, inspiration and freedom, there is no limit to what we can achieve.

There will come a point in time, hopefully in the not too distant future, when that right leadership will emerge, will galvanise us all, bring us together and we will truly transform our country. I refuse to give in to pessimism about the future of our country.

I will not call it the last chance but will say this is the right time to salvage the sunken ship called Sierra Leone.  I hope Sierra Leoneans vote for Brigadier Julius Maada Bio and the SLPP to salvage that ship.
