After all, if every economic issue is framed as a struggle between a hard-working white middle class and undeserving minorities, then workers of all shades will be left fighting for scraps while the wealthy withdraw further into their private enclaves - Barack Obama

Rumor has it that John Sesay has given a bribe of $100, 000 to the APC to secure his nomination as flag bearer, with Minkailu Mansaray as running mate.

Sam Sumana has in the meantime returned as unopposed flag-bearer of the breakaway party put together by Alieu Iscandri.

John Sisay and Minkailu Mansaray cannot be on the same ticket.  They are both from the North.

Why would Alieu Iscandari allow Sam Saumana to hijack his party away from him?

Alieu Iscandri, another privileged nincompoop who believes his name gives him a right to become president. Or perhaps he will wrap it up for a cushy job after the election. Nonsense. I should have guessed.

The latest within the APC circle is that the movers and shakers have decided to spring the biggest flagbearer surprise ever in election history! Samura Kamara instead of John Sesay will be the anointed one much to the satisfaction of all groups and individuals. Don't be surprised to see a Samura-Zainab combo or a Zainab-Sylvia combo too. As of now anything goes in the APC but John Sesay is not any reliable option. The man is a neophyte in politics who doubles as a very unpopular and unknown aspirant that will be hard to sell especially to northerners outside the predominantly Limba axis. Even the mention of his name will ruffle feathers of the original APC borboh pains like VP Foh, Alpha Khan, Minkailus Bah and Mansaray, Yansaneh and a host of others. The resistance a forced John Sesay flagbearership will generate within the APC will spell doom for the party which is on the verge of wining another two-term mandate come 2018. I don't think EBK will want to risk destroying his enviable legacy.
