The only thing that sets Barack Obama from our typical African ruthless dictators and totalitarian leaders is that he is president of a nation that governs it self through nothing but THE RULE OF LAW.
His Attorney General Eric Holder a former US Attorney and federal judge has become the very first sitting Law enforcement chief to be a candidate for contempt citation of CONGRESS for his stubborn refusal to provide documents to the PEOPLE REPRESENTATIVES.
One will think that in a representative democracy with the political trinity of a LEGISLATURE,EXECUTIVE,AND JUDICIARY providing checks and balances to avoid one branch becoming another Assad/Gaddafi.Ernest Koroma/Mugabe,and Hosni Mubarak,the supremacy of the CONSTITUTION will take no seat to the sort of obfuscations and convoluted grandstanding on the part of a president who claims to be a CONSTITUTIONAL LAWYER.
His administration's stubborn refusal to comply with legitimate demands by the peoples representatives have resulted in a sitting Attorney General being cited for violation of the very laws he is sworn to enforce all on account of Obama's false sense that United States of America can be governed like what his African autocratic friends do.
The founding fathers were very mindful of the fact that dictators and totalitarian despots like Obama were bound to occupy the citadel of power and therefore wisely put in place mechanisms to nip any such notion of violating the constitution in the bud.
Perhaps,this accentuates the urgent need for him to be replaced by a level headed man who believes in the separation of power as mandated by the constitution that has served as the ethical foundation and moral compass for this great society.
BARACK OBAMA PERFECTS IN THE AFRICAN CONCEPT OF GOVERNANCE WHERE THE RULE OF LAW TAKES BACK SEAT TO THAT OF THE BIG MAN AND IN THE PROCESS HAS LANDED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN SERIOUS LEGAL JEORPADY.

Ahem, President Bush invoked executive privilege seven times during his presidency, and refused to hand over documents for the same reasons. Most presidents in US history have done the same. This is President Obama's first invocation of executive privilege in nearly four years. Why was it okay for Bush, Reagan, etc, but not Obama?
